WinPKR 14 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Members

By accessing the WinPKR 14 website at winpkr14.click, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding agreement between you as the member and WinPKR 14 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the WinPKR 14 platform and must not register an account. Using the platform in any capacity after these Terms have been made available to you constitutes your acceptance of them.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the WinPKR 14 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. All three documents together form the complete agreement between you and WinPKR 14.

To register and use WinPKR 14 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinPKR 14 strictly prohibits use by anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player anywhere that WinPKR 14 recognises under its responsible gaming obligations.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of WinPKR 14 or any of its associated service providers, or a close family member of any such person.

WinPKR 14 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory age verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period of request, the account will be suspended until verification is completed.

Each individual may register one account only on WinPKR 14. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices, are prohibited. WinPKR 14 uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts and will close them without prior notice.

When registering at WinPKR 14 you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your account remains accurate and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinPKR 14 account credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account while you are logged in, or while your credentials are in use, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify WinPKR 14 support immediately.

WinPKR 14 may at any time require additional verification documents as part of Know Your Customer procedures. These may include a copy of a CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.

• Account name must match the name on your registered payment method.
• Only one account is permitted per mobile number, household, or device.
• Sharing account credentials with another person is not permitted.
• WinPKR 14 accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances.

WinPKR 14 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The available payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at WinPKR 14 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. WinPKR 14 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed from WinPKR 14, the full deposited amount must have been wagered at least once. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus before withdrawal. WinPKR 14 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

WinPKR 14 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request additional verification, or delay processing in cases where unusual activity is detected on an account. Any funds deposited from a fraudulent or unauthorised payment source will be returned and the associated account closed.

All bets placed on WinPKR 14 are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept these rules in full.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once WinPKR 14 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on each market before you place a bet. WinPKR 14 reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes for individual accounts or markets at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds on WinPKR 14 may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds have changed when your bet request reaches our system, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant sports governing body. For PSL matches, the official PSL results are used. In the event of a dispute, WinPKR 14 decisions regarding settlement are final subject to the complaints procedure below.
• Abandoned events: If a PSL or other sporting event is abandoned before sufficient play for a result to be declared, WinPKR 14 will void all affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.
• Obvious errors: If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, WinPKR 14 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of whether a settlement has already occurred.
• In-play betting: Live and in-play markets at WinPKR 14 may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at WinPKR 14's discretion.

WinPKR 14 applies these rules uniformly across all sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, and international football. The platform's trading team monitors markets continuously and reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.

The WinPKR 14 casino section – including live baccarat, poker cash tables, and sit-and-go tournaments – is governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms.

Random Number Generator (RNG): All software-based casino games at WinPKR 14 use a certified RNG that has been independently tested for statistical fairness. The outcomes of each round are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results or by WinPKR 14 in any way.

Live dealer games: Live baccarat and other live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, WinPKR 14 will settle any open bets based on the state of play at the time of the disconnection or, where the outcome cannot be determined, void the bet and return the stake.

Poker conduct: Players at WinPKR 14 poker tables must act in good faith. Collusion between players, the use of poker bots or any automated decision-making tools, and any form of chip dumping are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have engaged in these activities will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Rake and commission: WinPKR 14 takes a standard rake from poker cash game pots as displayed in the game lobby. A 5% commission applies to winning Banker bets in standard baccarat variants. No commission baccarat operates under its own specific payout rules as displayed at the table.

WinPKR 14 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your WinPKR 14 account must be wagered a minimum number of times – as stated in the specific promotion terms – before any withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount or to the deposit plus bonus amount as specified.
• Eligible games: Not all games at WinPKR 14 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Casino games may contribute at different rates as detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: WinPKR 14 members may only hold one active bonus at a time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the existing bonus terms continue to apply.

WinPKR 14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinPKR 14 and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions by registering on their behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the WinPKR 14 platform in any non-human manner.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed through WinPKR 14.
• Collusion with other players in poker games to gain an unfair advantage over the remaining players at a table.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund a WinPKR 14 account.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing errors for profit. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses WinPKR 14 as a vehicle for transferring funds of unlawful origin.
• Making any public statement that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to WinPKR 14's reputation without factual basis.

WinPKR 14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion. Circumstances under which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A request by the member to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity – accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant and the balance retained subject to dormant account policies communicated separately.

Where an account is closed due to a member breach, WinPKR 14 will not be liable for any losses the member may have incurred and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to member breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their WinPKR 14 account may do so by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled normally and any resulting balance will be paid out per the standard withdrawal process.

WinPKR 14 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. The platform provides tools to help members manage their gambling activity including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Members may set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis from their account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Requests to reduce a limit are applied immediately.

Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period the member's WinPKR 14 account is fully suspended and no logins, deposits, or bets are possible. Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to make use of self-exclusion and to seek professional help.

WinPKR 14 may apply responsible gaming measures to an account without a member's explicit request if the platform identifies behavioural patterns consistent with problem gambling. These measures are applied in good faith for member protection.

WinPKR 14 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify member identities, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. By registering at WinPKR 14 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent subject to the limitations described in that policy. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use WinPKR 14 services.

WinPKR 14 does not sell member personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and its legal obligations.

All financial transactions and account data at WinPKR 14 are encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols. Members are advised to use strong, unique passwords for their accounts and to keep their login credentials private.

WinPKR 14 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform outages or scheduled maintenance periods.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.
• Interruptions to live streaming in casino games caused by internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Member failure to log out of a shared device, resulting in unauthorised use of the account.
• Decisions made by members based on information or odds displayed on the platform that later prove to contain errors.

In all cases, WinPKR 14's maximum liability to any member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance in that member's WinPKR 14 account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

WinPKR 14 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect member rights or obligations – WinPKR 14 will provide notice to members via the registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without advance notice. The updated Terms will always be available at winpkr14.click/terms-conditions and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of WinPKR 14 following notification of changes, or following the date on which changes take effect, constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

For formal complaints, submit a written description of your complaint via email to support@winpkr14.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint". WinPKR 14 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, escalation procedures will be communicated to you at that stage.

WinPKR 14's decisions on complaints related to bet settlement, bonus terms, and account actions are made in good faith based on available evidence including transaction logs, game logs, and communications records. WinPKR 14 does not accept liability for losses claimed to have arisen from platform decisions made in good faith in accordance with these Terms.
